Leistritz Extrusion will host the 2025 Plastics Twin Screw Extrusion Workshop December 3 to 4 at The Hyatt House Branchburg and the Leistritz Process Development Laboratory in Branchburg, NJ. Classroom sessions will be held at Hyatt House Branchburg in Branchburg, NJ. Interactive extrusion demos will take place three miles away at the Leistritz Process Development Laboratory. Transportation will be provided to and from the demonstrations.
Lunch and handout materials will be provided on both days, as well as a dinner reception on the first day.

Rob is recognized in North America and worldwide as an expert in devolatilization, reactive extrusion and bioplastic processing; and 30+ years of experience developing new technologies for implementation into twin (and single) screw extrusion manufacturing operations.
John Perdikoulias, Compuplast North America
John is a former Chair, and active member, of the Society Plastics Engineers Extrusion; Compuplast is an industry leader of computer-aided engineering (CAE) products to simulate and model various extrusion processes, including for intricate die and coex structures/parts.
Sebastian Fraas, Leistritz Germany
The co-author of the chapter relating to Twin Screw Extrusion chapter in the 2022 edition of the German Plastics Handbook (Hanser), Sebastian will discuss the latest twin screw technology innovations from Europe and around the world.
Steve Jackson, WorldWide Polymer Compounding
Steve has worked in the twin screw compounding industry for 30+ years at Werner & Pfleiderer, which became Coperion, as Manager of Process Engineering and Manager of Technical Field Services. He has extensive experience in process development and scale up/commercialization for a variety of continuous chemical manufacturing operations.
